Good News! We are getting busy here at Parallel Virtual Solutions and we are looking to bring on a new team member who can help us scale our business.

Our current VA is moving up to project manager for our web design projects and we are so excited and proud of the job that she has done, but that leaves us with an empty chair on our team. Can you fill that seat? We are looking for approximately 10 hours a week to start, subject to increase as the business scales. The ability to work our hours in the PST zone, regardless of where you are from.

We are a small team, so as our VA, you will gain exposure to everything that is digital marketing, including but not limited to the following:

1. Social Media Management
2. Creating spreadsheets in Airtable
3. Keeping track of leads as they go through the Funnel process to become a client.
4. Crafting email campaigns to send to our clients, along with a monthly Newsletter.
5. Responding to Clients and completing support tickets.
6. So much more. Your role is invaluable to our company.

Some ideas of what your job could look like:

⦁ You will act as the right-hand person to our company and sometimes to help clients as well.
⦁ You will keep track of leads by entering them into Zoho
⦁ You will keep track of important expiration dates on both our sites and our client sites
⦁ Respond to all calls that come through voice-mail ASAP
⦁ Write the word, “Awesomesauce” in the application form in the “anything else you want to tell us about yourself” field
⦁ Create email campaigns based on the topic of the month
⦁ Create blogs based on the topic of the month
⦁ Quickly respond to all emails that are forwarded to you in a timely manner
⦁ Create graphics for social media and blogs
⦁ Work side-by-side with the project manager on projects

Job Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a VA or proof of completion of a certified program

Skills:
⦁ Ability to multi-task and learn new systems quickly
⦁ Reliable and adaptable, able to follow instructions
⦁ Great communication skills and ability to respond to clients via phone, text, and email
⦁ Very organized with attention to detail
⦁ Must be willing to do a small paid project or task as part of the application process

Technical:
⦁ Experience in spreadsheets-excel, Google Sheets, preferably Airtable
⦁ Ability to do basic graphic designs in Canva for blogs and social media postings
⦁ Experienced in MS Word or similar program
⦁ Can create emails using email software like Mailchimp, Aweber, Mailerlite: bonus for knowing Constant Contact
